My Story
I built a company from nothing. Then I watched how most "growth" gets sold to law firms. So I built the opposite.
I started at a wireless internet provider on the West Coast — one of the first employees at a company that grew from a handful of people into the largest wireless ISP in the region. That's where I learned the craft: call scripts, a one-call-close framework, inside sales teams, and a process that ended in a signed order, not a follow-up graveyard.
Then I built Satisfye from zero. No salary. Third kid on the way. Cashed out a 401(k) and put the company on credit cards until the product sold. It did. Satisfye became a real consumer brand doing millions a year.
It also taught me the hard limit of a product business: cash stays trapped in inventory. You sell, you buy more product, you wait. Growth doesn't feel like freedom. It feels like a tighter loop. I wanted a service model — revenue you can actually run a business on, not a warehouse you have to keep feeding.
That's what pulled me into probate intake. Years on live probate calendars, qualifying matters, walking process and cost, collecting the engagement and initial payment, handing a complete file to the attorney's staff for review.
I also saw how growth usually gets sold to firms.
Most attorneys have only worked with marketing shops and lead generators. They buy traffic. They get volume. Then the owner is back on the phone qualifying cases that should never have been sold. The vendor disappears after the lead hits the calendar.
Some firms get the worse version — a partner that tries to dictate which cases to take and how to run the practice.
Either way, the firm stays the bottleneck.
That's why I built Trustifye.
Trustifye is a growth partner for probate and estate planning firms. We run advertising, inbound response, and structured intake as a vendor to the firm. Licensed attorneys keep the legal work, the client relationship, and every decision on the file. You accept or decline what we hand off.
What you get: matters screened for fit, payment collected before work begins, and a calendar that fills with work you actually want — without you becoming the intake clerk again.
One partner per territory. If you want a straight conversation about how this works in your state, book a strategy call.
